Currently in the EU, there are tens of projects supporting cultural and creative entrepreneurship training and re-skilling. One of those is the C-Ship Project of the ICHEC Business Management School in Belgium.
“C-SHIP (Cultural Entrepreneurship) is a professional training program designed for the cultural and creative industries professionals and aspirants, launched under the framework of the United Nations International Year for the Creative Economy and Sustainable Development.”
The training focuses on 5 pillars: Business and Operation Model innovation, Technologies, Ecosystem and partnership building, Internal and external governance and Sustainability and positive impact.
Bottom line, the project tries to train participants on ways to create value from establishing a robust and viable enterprise.
